De deelnemers krijgen meer inspanningen — opleiding op de werkplek, ondersteuning van een casemanager en inspanningen ter bevordering van de gezondheid. Dit zal gebeuren parallel met de gebruikelijke activiteiten, zoals het Zweeds voor immigranten, volgens hun actieplan van de diensten voor arbeidsvoorziening. De activiteiten in het kader van het project zullen voornamelijk op individueel niveau gericht zijn, maar er zullen eenmaal per maand dialoogvergaderingen in groepen worden gehouden. Deze bijeenkomsten zullen verschillende thema’s hebben die worden gekozen op basis van de behoeften en verzoeken van de groep, maar kunnen bijvoorbeeld gaan over zelfzorg, gendergelijkheid of beroepsoriëntatie. I partecipanti riceveranno maggiori sforzi — formazione sul posto di lavoro, sostegno da parte di un responsabile di casi e iniziative di promozione della salute. Ciò avverrà parallelamente alle attività abituali, come lo svedese per gli immigrati, secondo il loro piano d'azione dei servizi per l'impiego.
