Vitaliteit en gezondheid zijn belangrijke pijlers in onze organisatie alleen willen wij hier op een andere manier vorm en inhoud aan geven dan wij voorheen deden. In nauwe samenwerking met de medewerkers willen wij een activiteitenagenda ontwikkelen op beide thema's. Door het organiseren van clinics op zowel deskundigheidsbevordering als gezondheid en gebruik makend van de kennis van de collega's onderling verwachten wij de thema's nieuwe energie in te blazen. Wij verwachten dat dit effect heeft op de hele organisatie in houding, gedag, werkplezier en samenwerking. (Dutch)
