    Arma Keukens B.V vindt dat de werknemers een groot onderdeel vormen van het kapitaal van de onderneming. De ontwikkeling van de mens, zowel op kennis, kunde als het benutten van talent dient centraal te staan. Arma merkt dat het ontwikkelen van de medewerkers onvoldoende tot stand komt en dit de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de werknemers negatief beïnvloedt. Er wordt tegenwoordig een bredere inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers verlangd in hun branche. Om langdurig inzetbaar te blijven zullen medewerkers moeten zorgen dat zij zich blijven ontwikkelen op functie verbredende competenties. Arma zet in op het verbeteren van de leercultuur door medewerkers de mogelijkheid te geven zich te ontwikkelen door het individueel- en groepsleren te verbeteren en direct te koppelen aan prestaties op de werkvloer zonder ze uit hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden te halen. Door gebruik te maken van de regeling ESF duurzame inzetbaarheid wil Arma medewerkers helpen om het probleemoplossend- en lerend vermogen verder te ontwikkelen en hun ambities te realiseren. (Dutch)
