The objective of the project is to create a sustainable learning-work culture based on the individual employees of Europastry. The results of the inventory are used to develop and implement a tool with which the HR department of Europastry can continuously understand and, if necessary, adjust the individual learning and development needs of its employees. Together an external consultant will be involved in the following activities: 1. Interviews with Europastry HR staff aimed at identifying the challenges HR faces in creating and continuing a sustainable learning-working environment. 2. Interviews with 75 Europastry employees aimed at identifying their learning and development needs. 3. Guidance and coaching of the employees in preparing and keeping a POP alive. 4.     De doelstelling van het project is het creeren van een duurzame leer-werkcultuur op basis van de individuele medewerkers van Europastry. Hierbij worden de resultaten van de inventarisatie gebruikt voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een tool waarmee de afdeling HR van Europastry continue inzicht heeft in individuele leer- en ontwikkelbehoeften van haar medewerkers en zonodig kan bijsturen. Samen een extern adviseur worden hiervoor de volgende activiteiten ontplooit: 1. Interviews met de HR-medewerkers van Europastry gericht op het identificeren van de problemen die HR ondervindt bij het creeren en continueren van een duurzaam leer-werkklimaat. 2. Interviews met 75 medewerkers van Europastry gericht op het identifceren van hun leer- en ontwikkelbehoeften. 3. Begeleiding en coaching van de medewerkers bij het opstellen en levendig houden van een POP. 4. Ontwikkeling en implementatie van een flexibel leer- werkprogramma waarmee de afdeling HR kan anticiperen op de behoeften van individuele medewerkers. (Dutch)
