KempenKind’s goal is to put the employees in their RIGHT. The aim of this project is to let employees experience their talents, how they can develop this and to make them understand the possibilities within the organisation. The main problem with regard to sustainable employability is the contraction of recent years has caused (a) (internal) mobility to have a negative image and (b) that there has been little focus on talent development and stimulating the learning environment. This is why this project focuses on creating a learning environment and stimulating mobility. To achieve this, a talent scan of the organisation makes it possible to understand which talent is present in the organisation and what the personal motives and ambitions of the employees are. The insight into the talents and motivations of employees ensures that KempenKind can put the right person in the right place in the organisation. By using KempenKRACHT in a proactive way, the development of the employee and that of the organisation goes hand in hand and stimulates the learning environment of the employees. (English)

    Het doel van KempenKind is om de medewerkers in hun KRACHT te zetten. Doel van dit project is om medewerkers te laten ervaren waar hun talent zit, hoe zij dit kunnen ontwikkelen en inzichtelijk te maken welke mogelijkheden er zijn binnen de organisatie. Kernprobleem m.b.t. duurzame inzetbaarheid is de krimp van de afgelopen jaren heeft ervoor gezorgd dat a) de (interne) mobiliteit een negatief imago heeft en b) dat er weinig focus is geweest op talentontwikkeling en het stimuleren van de leeromgeving. Daarom richt dit project zich op het creëren van een leeromgeving en het stimuleren van mobiliteit. Om dit te bewerkstelligen wordt met een talentenscan van de organisatie inzichtelijk gemaakt welk talent er in de organisatie aanwezig is en wat de persoonlijke drijfveren en ambities van de medewerkers zijn. Het inzichtelijk maken van de talenten en drijfveren van medewerkers zorgt ervoor dat KempenKind de juiste persoon op de juiste plek kan zetten in de organisatie. Door KempenKRACHT op een pro-actieve manier in te zetten gaan de ontwikkeling van de medewerker en die van de organisatie hand in hand en wordt de leeromgeving van de medewerkers gestimuleerd.
