Quanza is a very fast growing IT organisation with new startups that are the order of the day. As a result, the company makes big steps forward, resulting in a higher workload. Over the past two years Bureau Nine has helped create a new organisational structure in which everyone is deployed from their talent and strength. In dialogue with employees, management and management, an implementation plan is drawn up in the field of sustainable employability. Bureau NineTien supports us in realising the implementation plan. By going back to the core and by aligning business and personal objectives, there is a sustainable link between personal ambitions and the business goals of the organisation, the director and the staff. Quanza is een zeer snelgroeiende IT-organisatie met nieuwe startups die aan de orde van de dag zijn. Hierdoor maakt de onderneming grote stappen voorwaarts, waardoor de werkdruk hoger is komen te liggen. De afgelopen twee jaar heeft Bureau NegentigTien geholpen met het neerzetten van een nieuwe organisatiestructuur waarin iedereen vanuit zijn talent en kracht wordt ingezet. Daarnaast heeft de focus gelegen op het samen werken aan samenwerken. Dit heeft een positief effect op het werkplezier van de medewerkers en maakt Quanza een aantrekkelijke werkgever. Om ervoor te zorgen dat autonomie de nieuwe basis is om groei te kunnen realiseren, is externe hulp gewenst. Het Europees Sociaal Fonds stelt ons (met financiële steun) in staat om ons succesvol ingezette duurzaam inzetbaarheidsproject voort te zetten. Tijdens dit project zal Quanza verder onderzoek laten verrichten naar de duurzame inzetbaarheid van al haar medewerkers. Het doel hierbij is het verder ontwikkelen van onze organisatie waarin een heldere structuur, betrokkenheid, productiviteit, samenwerken en continu ontwikkelen centraal staan. Verankering is hierbij het sleutelbegrip. In samenwerking met Bureau NegentigTien (www.negentigtien.nl) wordt het onderzoek verricht. In dialoog met de medewerkers, management en directie wordt er een implementatieplan op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaarheid opgesteld. Bureau NegentigTien ondersteunt ons bij het realiseren van het implementatieplan. Door terug te gaan naar de kern en door zakelijke en persoonlijke doelstellingen op elkaar af te stemmen, ontstaat er een duurzame koppeling van persoonlijke ambities met de zakelijke doelen van de organisatie, de directeur en het personeel.
