AWL Boost Your Life stems from the results of the 2016 PMO. These results indicate that AWL employs highly engaged, loyal and enthusiastic colleagues. That is, of course, a wonderful result that we are very proud of. However, this outcome also has a downside. The danger lies in the fact that colleagues are less busy with moving and a healthy lifestyle. In addition, it can create tensions in the private/work balance. In order to give the latter attention, the foundation for Boost Your Life has been laid, of which the kick-off will be given on November 29th. Colleagues are invited to be active alongside their work. We do this by offering various moving programs that are further thought out with colleagues. Think of: active walking, bootcamp, running, cycling and mental vitality. We want more colleagues to reach the sports and mobility standards that are part of the PMO. In order to measure this result, a further MIP will be implemented in 2017. (English)

    AWL Boost Your Life komt voort uit de resultaten van de PMO van 2016. Deze resultaten geven aan dat AWL zeer betrokken, loyale en bevlogen collega’s in dienst heeft. Dat is uiteraard een prachtig resultaat waar we erg trots op zijn. Deze uitkomst heeft echter ook een keerzijde. Het gevaar ligt op de loer dat collega’s minder bezig zijn met bewegen en een gezonde leefstijl. Daarnaast kan het spanningen opleveren in de privé-/werkbalans. Om dit laatste aandacht te geven is de basis gelegd voor Boost Your Life waarvan 29 november a.s. de aftrap zal worden gegeven. Collega’s worden uitgenodigd om actief bezig te zijn naast hun werk. We doen dit door het aanbieden van diverse beweegprogramma’s die verder uitgedacht worden met collega’s. Te denken valt aan: actief wandelen, bootcamp, hardlopen, fietsen en mentale vitaliteit. We willen hiermee bereiken dat meer collega’s de sport- en beweegnorm halen die onderdeel is van de PMO. Om dit resultaat te kunnen meten zal er in 2017 weer een PMO worden uitgevoerd. (Dutch)
