De Mar 2D wil sterk inzetten op de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers. Ook willen zij dit graag koppelen aan een duidelijke nul meting. Kortom waar staan we als bedrijf en welke keuzes gaan we maken om ook in de toekomst de continuïteit van de organisatie verder te waarborgen. Daarnaast hebben we het onderwerp medewerkers hoog op de agenda staan. Het project duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers willen we graag met de medewerkers en met Meijer Consultancy uit gaan voeren.
