    Cobb Europe ziet gezondheid en vitaliteit als voorwaarden om optimaal te functioneren en te presteren. D.m.v. een programma “Duurzaam Inzetbaar Werken 2018 Cobb Europe” wordt hier vorm aan gegeven met als doel inzet- en beschikbaarheid van vitale, productieve en bevlogen medewerkers, die mede vorm willen geven aan de toekomst van Cobb Europe. Er is voor gekozen om 40 weken per jaar (twee uur per week) coaching on the job in te zetten om medewerkers bewust te maken over het project ‘Duurzame Inzetbaar Werken’ hetgeen mede mogelijk gemaakt kan worden door de ESF vergoeding. Aankondigingsflyers hangen op diverse plaatsen met het ESF logo op diverse plaatsen binnen het bedrijf. In kwartaalgesprekken in de werkgroep DI zal geëvalueerd worden bij medewerkers waar hun wensen en behoeftes liggen, en waar zij oplossingen en/of verbeterpunten zien. Heldere communicatie vanuit HR of werkgroep zal geschieden over voortgang, acties en resultaten via publicatie. (Dutch)
