Syntein Innovation BV was founded in 2007 as an organisation for chain care. Syntein’s mission is to make an essential contribution to the optimal health of citizens in the Northern Meuse valley, i.e. the Land of Cuijk and the head of North Limburg. Not only do employees develop a higher involvement in their work and organisation, but also the learning culture is spread beyond the organisation and the values of the learning culture will also be used and conveyed by cooperation partners and other stakeholders. With this, employees can positively influence not only each other, but also the surrounding environment and increase the distinctiveness of the organisation. This change in culture towards a learning and development culture in which employees challenge themselves and each other to develop requires a change of mindset and behaviour. Syntein Innovatie BV is opgericht in 2007 als organisatie voor ketenzorg. Syntein heeft als missie een essentiële bijdrage leveren aan een optimale gezondheid van de burgers in de Noordelijke Maasvallei, oftewel het Land van Cuijk en de kop van Noord-Limburg. Syntein legt de focus niet op ziekte, maar op mogelijkheden. We hebben een brede kijk op gezondheid en gaan hierbij uit van samenwerking en toekomstbestendigheid. De werkzaamheden bestaan in de eerste plaats uit het ondersteunen en faciliteren van huisartsen en het bieden van integrale zorg middels zorgprogramma's. Bovendien streeft Syntein naar toekomstbestendige en innovatieve zorg. In dat kader initieert Syntein diverse projecten om zorg te vernieuwen, beter bereikbaar te maken en bij de tijd te houden. Door de focus op innovatie en de voorbeeldrol die Syntein heeft voor haar partners binnen de regio is het bevorderen van een leercultuur en het verhogen van de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar eigen medewerkers nog meer van belang. Door een cultuurverandering te realiseren en medewerkers bewust te maken van hun kansen en keuzes op het gebied van leren en ontwikkelen, kunnen medewerkers veel resultaat behalen zowel voor zichzelf als ook voor hun omgeving. Niet alleen ontwikkelen medewerkers hierdoor een hogere betrokkenheid bij hun werk en de organisatie, maar ook wordt de leercultuur verder uitgedragen dan alleen binnen de organisatie en zullen ook bij samenwerkingspartners en andere betrokkenen de waarden van de leercultuur worden ingezet en uitgedragen. Hiermee kunnen medewerkers niet alleen elkaar, maar ook de omgeving daaromheen positief beïnvloeden en het onderscheidend vermogen van de organisatie vergroten. Deze cultuurverandering naar een leer- en ontwikkelcultuur waarin medewerkers zichzelf en elkaar uitdagen om te ontwikkelen, vraagt aan alle betrokkenen een verandering van mindset en gedrag.
