At IJskoud, employees suffer from psychological complaints such as burnout. Through the ESF Sustainable Employability project ‘Burn-out prevention’, Iceoud aims to preventively tackle burnout. The objective of the project is to train employees in mental resilience through a burn-out prevention program. Employees gain insight into and become aware of stressors and behavioural patterns that contribute to the stress level. They develop awareness through the programme of where the greatest harm risks lie for them. They are given the tools to develop constructive thinking patterns, which bring down the level of stress and can have a positive influence on themselves, others and the working environment. Result: sick leave is reduced and the happiness of work is increased. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(Dutch)
