Nijhof Installatietechniek excels as a pioneer in sustainability, continuously looking for promising techniques to build energy efficient. We proudly present innovative techniques in our Sustainability Inspiration Centre. We recruit employees through our Salland Tech Academy to train them in one or more disciplines within installation technology. All this makes Nijhof Installatietechniek a sustainable total installer with an eye for the future. Deployable, vital and productive employees are necessary as a basis for this. With a contribution from the ESF, we can achieve this basis even better with our employees: the expected results of this research ensure that the sustainable employability of the employees of Nijhof Installatietechniek is increased or maintained in order to achieve balance between the person and his (working) environment. Through an integrated approach offering a tailor-made risk profile and an intervention plan to the worker, the aim is to create opportunities that maintain health, well-being, pleasure and optimal working conditions throughout working life. Nijhof Installatietechniek excelleert als voortrekker in duurzaamheid, continue op zoek naar kansrijke technieken om energie-efficiënt te bouwen. Met trots presenteren wij innovatieve technieken in ons Duurzaamheid Inspiratie Centrum. Medewerkers werven wij via onze Salland Tech Academy om ze vervolgens op te leiden in één of meerdere disciplines binnen de installatietechniek. Dit alles maakt Nijhof Installatietechniek tot een duurzame totaalinstallateur met oog voor de toekomst. Inzetbare, vitale en productieve medewerkers zijn als basis hierbij noodzakelijk. Deze basis kunnen wij met een bijdrage vanuit het ESF nog beter bewerkstelligen bij onze medewerkers: de verwachte resultaten van dit onderzoek zorgen ervoor dat de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de werknemers van Nijhof Installatietechniek vergroot of behouden wordt om zo balans tussen de persoon en zijn (werk)omgeving na te streven. Door een integrale aanpak waarin een op-maat gemaakt risicoprofiel en een interventieplan aan de werknemer wordt aangeboden, wordt beoogd mogelijkheden te creëren die doorlopend in het arbeidsleven zorgen voor behoud van gezondheid, welzijn, plezier en optimaal functioneren in werk.
