The aim of this project is to promote the sustainable employability of Vopas employees. This process is carried out together with the employees. The external consultant, together with management and employees, determines the dot on the horizon and a plan of action is made together to get there. This is done by holding a drawing board session. Just like when building a house, you start with the foundation and outline how the end result is to be. On the basis of the results of the session, an individual translation will be made for each employee.     Het doel van dit project is de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers van Vopas te bevorderen. Dit traject wordt samen met de medewerkers uitgevoerd. De externe adviseur bepaalt samen met directie en medewerkers de stip op de horizon en wordt gezamenlijk een plan van aanpak gemaakt om daar te komen. Dit wordt gedaan door een tekentafelsessie te houden. Net als bij het bouwen van een huis begin je met de fundering en schets je hoe het eindresultaat moet worden. Op basis van de uitkomsten uit de sessie wordt per medewerker een eigen individuele doorvertaling gemaakt. Dit individuele duurzaamheidstraject wordt uitgevoerd op basis van eigen ambities, behoeften en competenties van de medewerker (zowel persoonlijk als vakinhoudelijk). (Dutch)
