Stuc Shop is een organisatie welke zich begeeft in een sterk veranderende markt. Door o.a. de komst van internet moeten medewerkers in de vestigingen en de buitendienst meer focus gaan leggen op advisering van klanten. Dat vraagt andere competenties en werkwijzen van alle medewerkers en leidinggevenden moeten dit proces begeleiden. Het doel is om de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers te vergroten door enerzijds te werken aan hun persoonlijke vitaliteit/gezondheid en anderzijds het ontwikkelen van eigen persoonlijke ambities en vaardigheden. Voor dit proces worden externe adviseurs ingeschakeld. Het beoogde resultaat is dat de medewerkers blijvend gemotiveerd werken aan hun eigen vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid. De medewerkers zijn zich bewust van de eigen vitaliteit en werken structureel aan een gezonde en veiliger werkomgeving. (Dutch)
