    Lemoine heeft problemen met het aannemen/vinden van nieuwe bekwame medewerkers in de regio. Om huidige medewerkers te houden en nieuwe medewerkers inzetbaar te maken en te houden is het voor Lemoine noodzakelijk om op zoek te gaan naar een manier om beter op te leiden en daarmee duurzame inzetbaarheid te borgen. Lemoine onderkent de problemen op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaarheid en zou een project willen starten om hiervoor een structurele oplossing te bieden. Met bureau vABC wil Lemoine specifiek inzetten op het bevorderen van de leercultuur binnen Lemoine. Doelstelling is te komen tot een lerende organisatie, waarbij leerprocessen voor een deel uitgaan van de zelfsturing van de werknemers. Een leidinggevende vervult daarbij een faciliterende en motiverende rol als leercoach. vABC zal de medewerkers van Lemoine hierbij begeleiden. Er zal een advies worden opgesteld met een implementatieplan en er wordt begeleiding geboden bij het implementeren van dit advies.
