This year Luyten Advisory Group will be committed to increasing the core value of Trust within the organisation. This is about Confidence of everyone within themselves by clearly identifying each individual’s talents, qualities and motivations. But it’s also about mutual trust. By being familiar with each other’s talents and qualities and by making better use of these, trust will develop and trust will also be strengthened by communicating more openly. This will contribute to a more positive and pleasant corporate culture with better forms of cooperation. All this will be reinforced by the fact that the Trust of the Board of Directors in the organisation and its employees is even clearer and more concrete. Luyten Adviesgroep gaat dit jaar inzetten op het vergroten van de kernwaarde Vertrouwen binnen de organisatie. Daarbij gaat het om Vertrouwen van iedereen in zichzelf door ieders individuele talenten, kwaliteiten en drijfveren duidelijk in kaart te brengen. Maar het gaat ook om het onderlinge Vertrouwen. Door bekend te zijn met elkaars talenten en kwaliteiten en deze beter te benutten zal er meer onderling vertrouwen ontstaan en ook zal door meer open te communiceren het Vertrouwen verstevigd worden. Dat zal bijdragen aan een positievere en prettigere bedrijfscultuur met betere samenwerkingsvormen. Dat alles zal nog eens versterkt worden doordat het Vertrouwen van de directie in de organisatie en haar medewerkers nog duidelijker en concreter uitgedragen wordt. Dit alles zal moeten leiden naar minder werkstress en minder ongewenst gedrag op de werkvloer. (Dutch)
