Property / summary

Listen, dare and learn! That is the new vision of the Municipality of Smallingerland. A municipality that pays attention to good employership. Within the organisation, a lot of attention is paid to the theme Sustainable Employability to make qualified, motivated and vital staff work healthy and with pleasure. With this employee research, the Municipality of Smallingerland can map up to the team level how it is dealing with the issues such as working conditions or cultural characteristics of the organisation such as leadership, ownership and enthusiasm of employees. This research is important for us to have an overview of the situation but also by repeating the development of our organisation on these aspects. An employee survey also measures what lives within the organisation. The feedback from employees is an important basis for improvement in the organisation. The objective is to increase employee satisfaction. What’s going well? What deserves more attention? Where do we stand? (English)

(Dutch)
