Medewerkers zijn in het hotel werkzaam op diverse functies om het klanten zo veel mogelijk naar hun zin te maken. Deze service en klantgerichtheid kunnen een hoge werkdruk met zich meebrengen waardoor medewerkers werkstress kunnen ervaren. Omdat medewerkers het belangrijkste kapitaal zijn van de organisatie wilt de organisatie gaan investeren in het geluk en de gezondheid van haar medewerkers. Adviseur Nolost Capital is gevraagd om de organisatie inzicht te geven in het verzuim en medewerkers preventief te helpen om verzuim in de toekomst te voorkomen.
