Rhine is een hotel organisatie die zich richt op We Create Human Happiness. Voor de eigen medewerkers willen we hier handen en voeten aan geven door gericht de cultuur te veranderen zodat de eigen regie in ontwikkelen en uitdagen centraal komt te staan. De huidige cultuur is nog te veel gericht op de dagelijkse praktijk. Door samen het gesprek aan te gaan en vaardigheden aan te leren verwachten we hierin een belangrijke stap vooruit te kunenn maken op het gebied van aantrekkelijk werkgeverschap en daarmee de duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers. Ook willen we een nieuwe leermethode ontwikkelen die hierin ondersteund zodat medewerkers vanaf de start bij Rhine hiermee aan de slag gaan. (Dutch)
