The project “Van Bodegraven Elektromotor B.V. 2.0” is a project to ensure that our employees will be able to deploy longer and more sustainably and that organisation is ready for the future. We achieve this by: • understanding of key aspects and internal knowledge of methods to obtain this insight, as well as internal knowledge to take the right measures and actions to improve these aspects. • an improvement in the overall safety and health situation within the organisation • insight into the wishes and needs of employees with regard to their own development, their own sustainable employability and a system for structural implementation. With the ultimate goal of an improved overall safety and health situation, as well as an improved learning culture within the organisation. As a result, there will be an organisation that is ready for the future and in which the employees will be and remain deployable for longer, more sustainable, motivated, safer, better educated and with more pleasure in work. Het project “Van Bodegraven Elektromotoren B.V. 2.0” is een project om ervoor te zorgen dat de medewerkers bij ons langer en duurzamer inzetbaar zullen zijn en dat organisatie klaar is voor de toekomst. Dit bereiken wij door: • inzicht in belangrijkste V&G aspecten en interne kennis van methodes om dit inzicht te verkrijgen, alsook interne kennis om de juiste maatregelen en acties te nemen ter verbetering van deze aspecten. • een verbetering van de algehele veiligheids- en gezondheidssituatie binnen de organisatie • inzicht in de wensen en behoeften van de medewerkers met betrekking tot hun eigen ontwikkeling, hun eigen duurzame inzetbaarheid en een systeem om hier op een structurele wijze invulling aan te geven. Met als uiteindelijk doel een verbeterde algehele veiligheids- en gezondheidssituatie, alsook een verbeterde leercultuur binnen de organisatie. Hierdoor staat er straks een organisatie die klaar is voor de toekomst en waarbinnen de medewerkers langer, duurzamer, gemotiveerder, veiliger, beter opgeleid en met meer plezier in het werk, inzetbaar zullen zijn en blijven.
