het ‘binden en boeien’ van de belangrijkste medewerkers is een belangrijk punt. Zonder hen ontstaat er mogelijk echt een probleem. Er moet een nieuw bedrijfsplan ontwikkeld worden voor de organisatie waarbij de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de sleutelfunctionarissen en de overige werknemers geborgd gaat worden. Immers, zij dienen bij te dragen aan de verdere doorontwikkeling van Light 4 U. Een duurzame doorontwikkeling en dito inzetbaarheid van alle medewerkers staat daarmee voorop. (Dutch)
