Het project “Handvatten voor een lerende organisatie” heeft tot doel de medewerkers van Velco te helpen bij het functioneren in een constant veranderende omgeving. Op welke wijze kunnen we een permanente leercultuur creëren die ons in staat stelt ons te ontwikkelen en aan te passen aan de veranderende wereld. Voor de individuele werknemers willen we bereiken dat ieder optimaal gebruik kan maken van zijn/haar talenten en ook collega’s helpen bij die ontwikkeling. Verder willen onderzoeken en hoe we multidisciplinaire communicatie op een praktische wijze kunnen inrichten. (Dutch)
