The coronavirus has a global impact on the labour market. This has a major impact on the vulnerable target group of pro-vso students. Schools are particularly concerned about two issues: 1. Pupils who are unable to follow or complete the external traineeship (there are fewer opportunities to do traineeships) 2. Students are offered fewer practical courses with certification (by adapting the curriculum to smaller groups in the schools in order to be able to offer the subjects safely). The outflow perspective of this target group will be subject to even more pressure. Many companies have a waiting policy with the appointment of new staff. All this has a major impact on this target group. Through the use of ESF subsidy, every effort is made in schools in our labour market region to limit the above as much as possible, so we will focus on the following activities: v Internship- Workplace Learning v Branch-oriented courses v Learning Company The guidance for these activities has been adapted. For example, smaller groups are taught and intensive guidance takes place. This, of course, involves extra costs. These are co-financed by the ESF. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(Dutch)
