Cílem projektu "Město Cheb - efektivní veřejná správa" je optimalizace procesů a postupů ve veřejné správě města Cheb. Tohoto cíle bude dosaženo prostřednictvím aktualizace a tvorby vybraných strategických a koncepčních dokumentů a vzdělávání a profesního rozvoje úředníků.
