The project will work with transnational mobility of men and women in the ages of 18-29 who are far from the labor market. In this project, participants will perform a training period abroad. The project's methodology includes three stages: preparation for practice, implementation of practical training abroad and evaluation of the training period for seeking work or training after returning home. The internship is carried out in collaboration with partners abroad that receives the participants, organize internships and provides support to participants during the training period. In the project will Activa (the project owner) provide possibility to receive participants from transnational partners for practice in Sweden. (Swedish)
