    Cílem projektu "Zvýšení stability a konkurenceschopnosti firmy" je zvýšit odbornou úroveň znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků a dosáhnout souladu kvalifikační úrovně pracovní síly s požadavky trhu práce a zaměstnavatele ASV výrobní družstvo. Dále pak zvýšit adaptabilitu starších pracovníků. V rámci projektu bude podpořeno 16 pracovníků, z toho 6 osob ve věku 54+ prostřednictvím externího vzdělávání v oblastech IT, měkké a manažerské dovednosti, účetní, ekonomické a právní kurzy. (Czech)

    The project “Improvement of the stability and competitiveness of the firm” aims at increasing the technical level of knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce and the matching of the labour force qualification level with labour market requirements and ASV’s manufacturing cooperative. Further increase the adaptability of older workers. The project will support 16 workers, including 6 persons aged 54 + through external training in IT, soft and managerial skills, accounting, economic and legal training. (English)
