Le projet correspond au volet "gestion de dossiers" de l'enveloppe départementale 54 de Fonds Social Européen issue de l'axe prioritaire 3 du PON Inclusion 14-20 "Lutter contre la Pauvreté et promouvoir l'Inclusion". Au titre de la programmation 2014-2020, la présente opération concerne uniquement les activités de gestion administrative et financière, ainsi que le contrôle des demandes de financement 14-20 mises en oeuvre par AGIL, à savoir : \- l'étude de la recevabilité des dossiers, \- la participation aux instances techniques territoriales (CUI) \- l'instruction, suivie de l'inscription des opérations en instances, \- le suivi de la programmation dans les différentes instances de programmation ou de pré-programmation (CTP, CPEI), la notification du montant de l'aide au bénéficiaire et l'établissement de l'acte juridique relatif à l'attribution de l'aide UE ; \- le suivi de l'exécution de l'opération, le recueil, le suivi et le renseignement des indicateurs d'évaluation, les visites sur place, le contrôle du service fait (de la création au moment de la recevabilité du bilan, jusqu'à l'envoi du rapport définitif à l'autorité de certification) \- la notification des résultats des CSF en vue du paiement et l'archivage \- l'appui et l'information des organismes candidats et des bénéficiaires (French)

The project corresponds to the “case management” component of the departmental envelope 54 of the European Social Fund resulting from priority axis 3 of the PON Inclusion 14-20 “Fighting poverty and promoting inclusiveness”. Under the 2014-2020 programming, this operation concerns only administrative and financial management activities, as well as the control of 14-20 funding applications implemented by AGIL, namely: \- study of the admissibility of files, \- participation in the territorial technical authorities (CUI) \- investigation, followed by the recording of operations in instances, \- monitoring of programming in the various programming or pre-programming bodies (CTP, CPEI), notification of the amount of aid to the beneficiary and the establishment of the legal act on the allocation of EU aid; \- monitoring the implementation of the operation, collecting, monitoring and intelligence of evaluation indicators, on-the-spot visits, control of the service (from creation at the time of admissibility of the balance sheet, until the final report is sent to the certifying authority) \- notification of the results of the FSCs for payment and archiving \- the support and information of applicant organisations and beneficiaries (English)

Das Projekt entspricht dem Teil „Dossiermanagement“ der Abteilungsdotation 54 des Europäischen Sozialfonds, der aus der Prioritätsachse 3 des NAP Eingliederung 14-20 „Bekämpfung der Armut und Förderung der Inklusion“ hervorgegangen ist. Im Rahmen der Programmplanung 2014-2020 betrifft dieses Vorhaben nur die Verwaltungs- und Finanzverwaltung sowie die Kontrolle der von AGIL durchgeführten 14-20-Finanzierungsanträge, d. h. \- Prüfung der Zulässigkeit der Dossiers, \- Teilnahme an den territorialen technischen Gremien (CUI) \- Anweisung, gefolgt von der Registrierung der Vorhaben in Instanzen, \- Überwachung der Programmplanung in den verschiedenen Planungs- oder Vorprogrammierungsstellen (CTP, CPEI), Mitteilung des Beihilfebetrags an den Empfänger und Ausarbeitung des Rechtsakts über die Gewährung der EU-Beihilfe; \- Überwachung der Durchführung des Vorhabens, Sammlung, Überwachung und Information der Bewertungsindikatoren, Besuche vor Ort, Kontrolle der durchgeführten Dienststelle (von der Erstellung zum Zeitpunkt der Zulässigkeit der Bilanz bis zur Übermittlung des endgültigen Berichts an die Bescheinigungsbehörde) \- Mitteilung der Ergebnisse der FSB für die Zahlung und Archivierung \- Unterstützung und Information der antragstellenden Stellen und Begünstigten (German)

Het project komt overeen met de component „case management” van de departementale enveloppe 54 van het Europees Sociaal Fonds die voortvloeit uit prioritaire as 3 van PON Inclusie 14-20 „Bestrijding van armoede en bevordering van inclusiviteit”. In het kader van de programmering 2014-2020 heeft deze actie alleen betrekking op activiteiten op het gebied van administratief en financieel beheer en op de controle van 14-20 financieringsaanvragen die door AGIL worden uitgevoerd, namelijk: \- studie van de toelaatbaarheid van dossiers, \- deelname aan het onderzoek van de territoriale technische instanties (CUI), gevolgd door de registratie van concrete acties in gevallen, \- monitoring van de programmering in de verschillende programmerings- of voorprogrammeringsinstanties (CTP, CPEI), aanmelding van het steunbedrag aan de begunstigde en vaststelling van de rechtshandeling inzake de toewijzing van EU-steun; \- monitoring van de uitvoering van de actie, verzameling, monitoring en inlichtingen van evaluatie-indicatoren, bezoeken ter plaatse, controle van de dienst (vanaf de opstelling op het moment van de ontvankelijkheid van de balans, tot het eindverslag aan de certificeringsautoriteit wordt toegezonden) \- kennisgeving van de resultaten van de FSC’s voor betaling en archivering \- de ondersteuning en informatie van aanvragende organisaties en begunstigden (Dutch)

Il progetto corrisponde alla componente "gestione dei casi" della dotazione dipartimentale 54 del Fondo sociale europeo risultante dall'asse prioritario 3 dell'inclusione PON 14-20 "Lotta alla povertà e promozione dell'inclusività". Nell'ambito della programmazione 2014-2020, questa operazione riguarda solo le attività di gestione amministrativa e finanziaria, nonché il controllo delle domande di finanziamento 14-20 attuate dall'AGIL, vale a dire: \- studio dell'ammissibilità dei fascicoli, \- partecipazione alle autorità tecniche territoriali (CUI) \- indagine, seguita dalla registrazione delle operazioni in casi, \- monitoraggio della programmazione nei vari organismi di programmazione o di preprogrammazione (CTP, CPEI), notifica dell'importo dell'aiuto al beneficiario e istituzione dell'atto giuridico sull'assegnazione degli aiuti UE; \- monitoraggio dell'attuazione dell'operazione, raccolta, monitoraggio e intelligence degli indicatori di valutazione, visite in loco, controllo del servizio (dalla creazione al momento dell'ammissibilità del bilancio, fino all'invio della relazione finale all'autorità di certificazione) \- notifica dei risultati degli FSC per il pagamento e l'archiviazione \- il sostegno e le informazioni delle organizzazioni e dei beneficiari richiedenti (Italian)

El proyecto corresponde al componente de «gestión de casos» de la dotación departamental 54 del Fondo Social Europeo resultante del eje prioritario 3 del PON Inclusión 14-20 «Lucha contra la pobreza y promoción de la inclusión».
