Projekt je zaměřen na podporu dětí, žáků a studentů se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami (SVP) při výuce uměleckých disciplín a v umělecké výchově na školách mateřských, základních, speciálních, základních uměleckých a konzervatoří, spolků zaměřených na umění a vychovávajících v uměleckých disciplínách, na zasíťování těchto škol a institucí, komplexní podporu stávajících i budoucích "múzických" pedagogů, přičemž vychází z poznání jedinečnosti umělecké produkce dětí, žáků a studentů se SVP.
