The starting point of the project is the production of waste — oil emulsions by producers of food products and, at a technical and economic school in ČB, developed research on the destruction of organo-mineral oil emulsions, for which a new direction for future applications and commercialisation has been found. For the purpose of the project, a model of organo-mineral oil emulsions will be created in order to determine the technical feasibility for an increased amount of processing in laboratory conditions.
