Flexotels — Short Stay Solutions, is an innovative production and rental company of temporary, fold-out accommodation for music, sports, public and corporate events. The company was founded by Hubert von Heijden, with the aim of developing various flexible accommodations that can be placed at any location at any time. Flexotels – Short Stay Solutions, is een innovatief productie- en verhuurbedrijf van tijdelijke, uitklapbare verblijfsaccommodaties voor o.a. muziek-, sport-, publieks- en bedrijfsevents. Het bedrijf werd opgericht door Hubert von Heijden, met als doel om verschillende flexibele verblijfsaccommodaties te ontwikkelen die op iedere gewenste locatie, op elk moment, geplaatst kunnen worden. Gezien de veranderende arbeidsmarkt vindt Flexotels het noodzaak dat haar medewerkers de mogelijkheid hebben om continu te blijven leren en gaat dan ook graag aan de slag met de volgende onderzoeksvraag: Hoe kan Flexotels de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers bevorderen? Centraal in deze vraag staat dat Flexotels een continue leercultuur wil ontwikkelen en bieden aan haar medewerkers met werkgeluk, vitaliteit en persoonlijke ontwikkeling als belangrijkste peilers. De medewerkers vormen het onderwerp van duurzame inzetbaarheid en de grootste uitdaging ligt dan ook in het binden, bewegen en inzetbaar houden van werknemers. Wij brengen door middel van een organisatiescan de ambities en toekomstwensen van alle medewerkers in kaart en we toetsen de ontwikkelbaarheid. Met deze gegevens stellen we een plan van aanpak op met daarin de beschreven ambities en een persoonlijk ontwikkelplan. In dit plan wordt omschreven welke stappen Flexotels dient te nemen om de gewenste leercultuur te implementeren en duurzame inzetbaarheid van alle medewerkers te vergroten. (Dutch)
