Altuition originates in the world of knowledge systems and is engaged in the development of “new forms of listening”. In these first innovative years of Altuïtion, the emphasis was more on inspiration from business managers from new technological developments, such as the Internet and “data mining”. Innovative technology as a strategic tool to create and realise new business opportunities. Over time, it appeared that the resulting innovations were mainly applied by clients in commercial areas: for example, for the benefit of distinctive propositions and excellent customer service. The service has been shifted very gradually to: “commercial innovation in which the customer (experience) is always central.” The movement of the employees to this new form of service is currently in full swing, making it more sustainable to use and keeping it requires attention. It shall be designed in the following manner: A 0-measurement is first made to find out which individual qualities and ambitions an employee has. It then takes a critical look at the current responsibilities and whether they are appropriate to everyone’s qualities. This is followed by an advice and implementation plan. Then there is support to implement the implementation plan. During the implementation, responsibilities are logically laid down even more with employees, related to everyone’s qualities. The relevant managers are supported in how they create more ownership, enthusiasm and engagement with employees and to support individual development ambitions. (English)

    Altuition vindt haar oorsprong in de wereld van de kennissystemen en houden zich bezig met het ontwikkelen van "nieuwe vormen van luisteren". In deze eerste innovatieve jaren van Altuïtion lag de nadruk meer op inspiratie van businessmanagers vanuit nieuwe technologische ontwikkelingen, zoals het internet en "datamining". Innovatieve technologie als strategisch instrument om nieuwe businesskansen te creëren en realiseren. In de loop van de tijd bleek dat de resulterende innovaties vooral door opdrachtgevers werden toegepast op commerciële gebieden: bijvoorbeeld ten behoeve van onderscheidende proposities en excellente klantenservice. De dienstverlening is heel geleidelijk door geschoven naar: "commerciële innovatie waarbij de klant (beleving) altijd centraal staat." Het bewegen van de medewerkers naar deze nieuwe dienstverleningsvorm is op dit moment in volle gang, Het duurzamer inzetbaar maken en houden behoeft aandacht. Op onderstaande wijze wordt hieraan vormgegeven: Er wordt eerst een 0-meting gedaan om te achterhalen welke individuele kwaliteiten en ambities een medewerker heeft. Vervolgens wordt kritisch gekeken naar de huidige verantwoordelijkheden en of deze passend zijn bij ieders kwaliteiten. Hieruit volgt een advies en implementatieplan. Vervolgens is er ondersteuning om het implementatieplan uit te voeren. Tijdens de implementatie worden verantwoordelijkheden logischerwijs nog meer bij medewerkers neergelegd, gerelateerd aan ieders kwaliteiten. De betreffende leidinggevenden worden ondersteund in hoe ze meer eigenaarschap, bevlogenheid en betrokkenheid bij medewerkers creëren en om de individuele ontwikkelambities te ondersteunen. (Dutch)

En estos primeros años innovadores de Altuïtion, se hizo más hincapié en la inspiración de los gestores de empresas de los nuevos desarrollos tecnológicos, como Internet y la «minería de datos». La tecnología innovadora como herramienta estratégica para crear y realizar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Con el tiempo, parece que las innovaciones resultantes fueron aplicadas principalmente por clientes en áreas comerciales: por ejemplo, para el beneficio de propuestas distintivas y un excelente servicio al cliente.     Altuition nasce nel mondo dei sistemi della conoscenza ed è impegnata nello sviluppo di "nuove forme di ascolto". In questi primi anni innovativi di Altuïtion, l'accento è stato posto più sull'ispirazione dei dirigenti aziendali dai nuovi sviluppi tecnologici, come Internet e "data mining". La tecnologia innovativa come strumento strategico per creare e realizzare nuove opportunità di business. Nel corso del tempo, è emerso che le innovazioni che ne derivano sono state applicate principalmente dai clienti nelle aree commerciali: ad esempio, a vantaggio di proposizioni distintive e di un eccellente servizio clienti. Il servizio è stato spostato molto gradualmente verso: "innovazione commerciale in cui il cliente (esperienza) è sempre centrale." Il movimento dei dipendenti a questa nuova forma di servizio è attualmente in pieno svolgimento, rendendolo più sostenibile da utilizzare e mantenerlo richiede attenzione.
