Now Skin Nederland has been much concerned with the themes of sustainable employability and vitality in the past period. Nu Skin is een van oorsprong Amerikaans bedrijf dat zich richt op innovatieve huidverzorgingsproducten. In Nederland heeft het bedrijf zich gevestigd in Venlo. Nu Skin Nederland heeft zich de afgelopen periode al veel bezig gehouden met de thema’s duurzame inzetbaarheid en vitaliteit. In de productie zijn al enkele aanpassingen gemaakt waardoor gezond en veilig werken bevorderd worden. Tevens wordt de RI&E uitgevoerd en vindt er tweejaarlijks een medewerkers tevredenheidsonderzoek (MTO) plaats. Uit deze onderzoeken zijn diverse aandachtspunten gekomen waar Nu Skin zich het komende jaar op wil gaan richten. Allereerst willen we gaan kijken naar de gezondheid van medewerkers op de werkvloer, zowel op fysieke belasting als mentale belasting (welke mogelijk meer van toepassing is bij het kantoorpersoneel). Daarnaast dient er in kaart te worden gebracht hoe medewerkers hier zo goed mogelijk mee om kunnen gaan, mogelijk met behulp van een stuk persoonlijke coaching (op de werkvloer). Tenslotte wordt er gewerkt vanuit diverse afdelingen, ook in de productie. De communicatie en samenwerking tussen deze afdelingen kan soepeler en efficiënter verlopen. Dit willen we realiseren middels overlegstructuren en multi-inzetbaarheid van medewerkers. (Dutch)

Ahora Skin es una empresa estadounidense que se centra en productos innovadores para el cuidado de la piel. En los Países Bajos, la sociedad se ha establecido en Venlo. Ahora Skin Nederland ha estado muy preocupado por los temas de empleabilidad sostenible y vitalidad en el período anterior. Ya se han realizado algunos ajustes en la producción para promover un trabajo saludable y seguro. El RI&E también se lleva a cabo y cada dos años se lleva a cabo una encuesta de satisfacción del personal. A partir de estos estudios, han surgido varios puntos de atención en los que Nu Skin quiere centrarse en el próximo año. Now Skin è un'azienda americana che si concentra su prodotti innovativi per la cura della pelle. Nei Paesi Bassi, la società si è stabilita a Venlo. Ora Skin Nederland è stata molto interessata ai temi dell'occupabilità sostenibile e della vitalità nel periodo passato. Alcuni adeguamenti sono già stati apportati nella produzione per promuovere un lavoro sano e sicuro. Viene inoltre effettuata la RI&E e viene effettuata un'indagine sulla soddisfazione del personale (OMT) ogni due anni. Da questi studi, sono emersi diversi punti di attenzione su cui Nu Skin vuole concentrarsi nel prossimo anno. Prima di tutto, vorremmo esaminare la salute dei dipendenti sul posto di lavoro, sia lo stress fisico che lo stress mentale (che può essere più applicabile al personale d'ufficio). Inoltre, è necessario mappare come i dipendenti possono gestirlo al meglio, eventualmente con l'aiuto di un pezzo di personal coaching (sul posto di lavoro). Infine, lavoriamo da vari reparti, anche in produzione. La comunicazione e la cooperazione tra questi dipartimenti possono essere più agevoli ed efficienti.
