This is an approach that makes employees aware that starting early with the right interventions in the areas of sleep, nutrition and stress has a positive impact on their employability in the short and longer term. The Vitality Route ensures that employees become aware of having an influence on their employability by working early on the themes of sleep, nutrition and movement in relation to stress management. Verantwoordelijkheden liggen laag in de organisatie. Zij krijgen de ruimte om hun talenten optimaal in te zetten. De Vitaliteitsroute zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers zich er van bewust worden zelf invloed te hebben op hun inzetbaarheid door vroegtijdig aan de slag te gaan met de thema’s slaap, voeding en bewegen in relatie tot stressmanagement. All'interno della nostra organizzazione, lavoriamo insieme sulla base della nostra responsabilità e fiducia, e pensiamo che sia importante per tutti riflettere insieme nel miglioramento e nello sviluppo continuo.
