Fens has been in existence for more than 25 years and has set an ambitious growth target for 2020 and a doubling of staff to achieve this ambition. Over the past two years, FenS has taken steps in this. However, labour market tightness means that there is an additional challenge to retain and maintain the relatively new workforce, attract new suitable employees and connect them sustainably to the company. Fens wants to be an attractive employer and its current and future employees work well and give room for craftsmanship, trust, responsibility and development. By investing in a positive learning and working environment that focuses on the following three key areas in 2019: — Even more steering on main lines and involving employees intensively and making visible their contribution to achieving this. — Investing in connection, trust and work pleasure. — Investing in a professional learning and working environment. In this project, the consultant provides advice and assists the consultant in the implementation of the advice. All employees are personally involved in the above mentioned priorities. FenS bestaat ruim 25 jaar, en heeft een ambitieuze groeidoelstelling voor 2020 bepaald en een verdubbeling van het aantal personeelsleden om deze ambitie te kunnen realiseren. De afgelopen twee jaar heeft FenS daarin stappen gemaakt. Echter krapte op de arbeidsmarkt zorgt dat er een extra uitdaging bestaat om de huidige relatief nieuwe medewerkers te behouden en te blijven ‘boeien’ en nieuwe geschikte medewerkers aan te trekken en duurzaam aan het bedrijf te verbinden. FenS wil een aantrekkelijke werkgever zijn en haar huidige en toekomstige medewerkers goed inwerken en ruimte geven voor vakmanschap, vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en ontwikkeling. Door te investeren in een positief leer- en werkklimaat waarin de volgende drie speerpunten in 2019 centraal staan: - Nog meer sturen op hoofdlijnen en medewerkers intensief betrekken en zichtbaar maken wat hun bijdrage is aan het realiseren hiervan. - Investeren in verbinding, vertrouwen en werkplezier. - Investeren in een professioneel leer- en werkklimaat. In dit project wordt door de adviseur advies gegeven en ondersteunt de adviseur bij de implementatie van het advies. Alle medewerkers worden persoonlijk betrokken bij de hierboven genoemde speerpunten. (Dutch)

Los fens llevan más de 25 años y han fijado un ambicioso objetivo de crecimiento para 2020 y una duplicación de personal para alcanzar esta ambición. En los últimos dos años, los fens han tomado medidas en este sentido. Sin embargo, la rigidez del mercado laboral significa que existe un desafío adicional para retener y mantener la mano de obra relativamente nueva, atraer a nuevos empleados adecuados y conectarlos de forma sostenible con la empresa. Fens quiere ser un empleador atractivo y sus empleados actuales y futuros trabajan bien y dan espacio a la artesanía, la confianza, la responsabilidad y el desarrollo. Invirtiendo en un entorno de aprendizaje y trabajo positivo que se centre en los tres ámbitos clave siguientes en 2019: — Aún más orientado hacia las líneas principales e implicando intensamente a los empleados y haciendo visible su contribución a la consecución de este objetivo. — Invertir en conexión, confianza y placer laboral. — Invertir en un entorno profesional de aprendizaje y trabajo. FENS esiste da oltre 25 anni e ha fissato un obiettivo di crescita ambizioso per il 2020 e un raddoppio del personale per raggiungere questa ambizione. Negli ultimi due anni, fens ha preso provvedimenti in questo senso. Tuttavia, la rigidità del mercato del lavoro comporta un'ulteriore sfida per mantenere e mantenere la forza lavoro relativamente nuova, attrarre nuovi dipendenti idonei e collegarli in modo sostenibile all'impresa.
