Met dit project willen we als bedrijf de gezondheid en in inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers inventariseren. Dit doen we door een integrale aanpak waarin op individueel niveau een assessment(Preventief Medisch Onderzoek) wordt uitgevoerd en waarin een plan van aanpak ten aanzien van interventies wordt opgesteld en aangeboden. Het preventief medisch onderzoek is erop gericht vroegtijdige Gezondheidseffecten op te sporen bij individuele medewerkers die specifiek zijn gerelateerd aan de arbeidssituatie . (Dutch)

Con este proyecto, como empresa queremos identificar la salud y empleabilidad de nuestros empleados. Lo hacemos a través de un enfoque integrado en el que se realiza una evaluación (Investigación Médica Preventiva) a nivel individual y en la que se elabora y ofrece un plan de aproximación a las intervenciones. La investigación médica preventiva tiene por objeto detectar los efectos tempranos en la salud de cada uno de los empleados relacionados específicamente con la situación laboral. (Spanish)

Con questo progetto, noi come azienda vogliamo identificare la salute e l'occupabilità dei nostri dipendenti. Lo facciamo attraverso un approccio integrato in cui viene effettuata una valutazione (Ricerca Medica Preventiva) a livello individuale e in cui viene elaborato e offerto un piano di approccio agli interventi. La ricerca medica preventiva mira a individuare gli effetti precoci sulla salute nei singoli dipendenti, in particolare in relazione alla situazione occupazionale. (Italian)
