Within NTP Infra, we believe it is important to proactively fulfil our social function and social engagement. We invest in students, people with a distance from the labour market and we take good care of our own colleagues. We have passion for our work but also for life next to work, so vitality and sustainability want to play a prominent role in our organisation and strategy. Thanks to the ESF grant, we can do this within NAP. We want to promote vitality and health through a programme stimulated so that our colleagues continue to feel healthy and energetic, both inside and outside work. We want our employees to remain sustainable and that awareness and support for vitality is created and the ESF grant ensures that we can implement this. We are looking for cooperation with a specialist organisation for this programme; Charly Green. They have a lot of experience in structurally securing vitality in DNA of man and organisation. Through the ESF grant, we can ensure that the level of awareness of vitality among the employees of NTP increases and we can ensure that our employees actually feel fitter and more vital. (English)

    Binnen NTP Infra vinden we het belangrijk om onze maatschappelijke functie en sociale betrokkenheid proactief te vervullen. Wij investeren in leerlingen, mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt en wij zorgen goed voor onze eigen collega’s. Wij hebben passie voor ons werk maar ook voor het leven naast het werk, waardoor vitaliteit en duurzaamheid een prominente rol in onze organisatie en strategie willen laten innemen. Door de ESF subsidie kunnen we dit binnen NTP gaan doen. Vitaliteit en gezondheid willen we uitdragen middels een programma gestimuleerd zodat onze collega’s zich gezond en energiek blijven voelen, zowel binnen als buiten het werk. We willen graag dat onze medewerkers duurzaam inzetbaar blijven en dat er bewustwording en draagvlak voor vitaliteit wordt gecreëerd en de ESF-subsidie zorgt ervoor dat we dit kunnen uitvoeren. We zoeken voor dit programma de samenwerking met een specialistische organisatie; Charly Green. Zij hebben veel ervaring met het structureel borgen van vitaliteit in DNA van mens en organisatie. Door de ESF-subsidie kunnen we er voor zorgen dat het bewustzijnsniveau voor vitaliteit bij de medewerkers van NTP stijgt en kunnen we ervoor zorgen dat onze medewerkers zich daadwerkelijk fitter en vitaler gaan voelen.     Dentro de NTP Infra, creemos que es importante cumplir proactivamente nuestra función social y nuestro compromiso social. Invertimos en estudiantes, personas a distancia del mercado laboral y cuidamos bien a nuestros propios colegas. Tenemos pasión por nuestro trabajo pero también por la vida al lado del trabajo, por lo que la vitalidad y la sostenibilidad quieren desempeñar un papel destacado en nuestra organización y estrategia. Gracias a la subvención del FSE, podemos hacerlo en el marco del PNA. Queremos promover la vitalidad y la salud a través de un programa estimulado para que nuestros colegas sigan sintiéndose sanos y enérgicos, tanto dentro como fuera del trabajo. Queremos que nuestros empleados sigan siendo sostenibles y que se cree la conciencia y el apoyo a la vitalidad y que la subvención del FSE garantice que podemos aplicarlo. Estamos buscando la cooperación con una organización especializada para este programa; Charly Green. Tienen mucha experiencia en asegurar estructuralmente la vitalidad en el ADN del hombre y la organización. A través de la subvención del FSE, podemos asegurar que el nivel de conciencia de la vitalidad entre los empleados de NTP aumenta y podemos asegurar que nuestros empleados realmente se sientan más en forma y más vitales.     All'interno di NTP Infra, riteniamo sia importante svolgere in modo proattivo la nostra funzione sociale e l'impegno sociale. Investiamo in studenti, persone a distanza dal mercato del lavoro e ci prendiamo cura dei nostri colleghi. Abbiamo passione per il nostro lavoro ma anche per la vita accanto al lavoro, quindi vitalità e sostenibilità vogliono svolgere un ruolo di primo piano nella nostra organizzazione e strategia. Grazie alla sovvenzione FSE, possiamo farlo all'interno del PAN. Vogliamo promuovere la vitalità e la salute attraverso un programma stimolato in modo che i nostri colleghi continuino a sentirsi sani ed energici, sia all'interno che all'esterno del lavoro. Vogliamo che i nostri dipendenti rimangano sostenibili e che si creino consapevolezza e sostegno per la vitalità e che la sovvenzione dell'FSE garantisca la nostra attuazione. Siamo alla ricerca di una collaborazione con un'organizzazione specializzata per questo programma; Charly Green. Hanno molta esperienza nel garantire strutturalmente la vitalità nel DNA dell'uomo e dell'organizzazione. Attraverso la sovvenzione FSE, possiamo garantire che il livello di consapevolezza della vitalità tra i dipendenti di NTP aumenti e possiamo garantire che i nostri dipendenti si sentano effettivamente più adatti e più vitali.
