Several scientific studies show that the culture of an organisation is an important basis for an employee to make the final choice to work safely or not. Van Wijnen then set itself the goal of increasing the safety culture in 2019.     Uit verscheidene wetenschappelijke onderzoeken blijkt dat de cultuur van een organisatie een belangrijke basis is voor een medewerker voor de uiteindelijke keuze om veilig of juist onveilig te werken. Van Wijnen heeft zich toen ten doel gesteld om in 2019 de veiligheidscultuur te verhogen. In de afgelopen jaren heeft Van Wijnen stevig geïnvesteerd in de ontwikkeling van de duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers door in te zetten op het verbeteren van het veiligheidsbewustzijn en –gedrag binnen het bedrijf. Zowel op strategisch, tactisch als uitvoerend niveau zijn medewerkers aan de slag gegaan met thema veiligheid en gezondheid. Om te evalueren hoeveel deze inspanningen hebben bijgedragen aan het verbeteren van de veiligheid en gezondheid van de medewerkers van Van Wijnen wordt er door Aboma een nieuw onderzoek uitgevoerd om te kijken waar verdere verbeteringen mogelijk zijn om de duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers verder te borgen (Dutch)

    Varios estudios científicos muestran que la cultura de una organización es una base importante para que un empleado tome la decisión final de trabajar de forma segura o no. Van Wijnen se fijó entonces el objetivo de aumentar la cultura de seguridad en 2019. En los últimos años, Van Wijnen ha invertido mucho en el desarrollo de la empleabilidad sostenible de los empleados, centrándose en mejorar la conciencia y el comportamiento en materia de seguridad dentro de la empresa. A nivel estratégico, táctico y ejecutivo, los empleados han comenzado a trabajar en seguridad y salud. Con el fin de evaluar cuánto han contribuido estos esfuerzos a mejorar la seguridad y la salud de los empleados de Van Wijnen, Aboma está llevando a cabo un nuevo estudio para ver dónde es posible mejorar aún más la empleabilidad sostenible de los empleados.     Diversi studi scientifici dimostrano che la cultura di un'organizzazione è una base importante per un dipendente per fare la scelta finale per lavorare in modo sicuro o meno. Van Wijnen si è quindi fissato l'obiettivo di aumentare la cultura della sicurezza nel 2019. Negli ultimi anni, Van Wijnen ha investito molto nello sviluppo dell'occupabilità sostenibile dei dipendenti, concentrandosi sul miglioramento della consapevolezza e del comportamento in materia di sicurezza all'interno dell'azienda. A livello strategico, tattico ed esecutivo, i dipendenti hanno iniziato a lavorare sulla sicurezza e la salute. Al fine di valutare in che misura questi sforzi hanno contribuito a migliorare la sicurezza e la salute dei dipendenti di Van Wijnen, Aboma sta effettuando un nuovo studio per individuare dove siano possibili ulteriori miglioramenti per garantire ulteriormente l'occupabilità sostenibile dei lavoratori.
