Thus, they are sustainable and can continue to inspire the holidaymakers. Thanks to financial support from the ESF, the VVV Zeeland can offer its employees a Workability Scan. On the basis of the Workability Scan, an interview with the employee can be held after which a employability plan can be drawn up. De VVV Zeeland inspireert de vakantieganger in Zeeland. Het is belangrijk dat de medewerkers van de VVV Zeeland gezond en gelukkig zijn op hun werk. Zodoende zijn ze duurzaam inzetbaar en kunnen ze de vakantiegangers blijven inspireren. Dankzij financiële steun van het ESF kan de VVV Zeeland haar medewerkers een Werkvermogenscan aanbieden. Aan de hand van de Werkvermogenscan kan een interview met de medewerker gehouden worden waarna een inzetbaarheidsplan kan worden opgesteld. Mede dankzij deze dienstverleningen word de inzetbaarheid van de werknemer geoptimaliseerd en word voorkomen dan werknemers onderpresteren of uitvallen. (Dutch)

L'Ufficio per il Turismo della Zelanda ispira il vacanziere in Zelanda. È importante che i dipendenti del VVV Zeeland siano sani e felici al lavoro. Così, sono sostenibili e possono continuare a ispirare i turisti. Grazie al sostegno finanziario del FSE, la VVV Zeeland può offrire ai propri dipendenti un Workability Scan.
