The head office is located in Breda and we have offices in Alkmaar, Arnhem, Eindhoven, Heerlen, Hengelo, Nagele, Venlo, Wouw, Wateringen and Zuidwolde. Our clients include Rijkswaterstaat, NS, Ministry of Defence, various water boards, municipalities, provinces, companies and institutions. In order to keep employee sustainably employable, Krinkels B.V. must ensure a safe working environment. In addition to ensuring a safe working environment, the safe handling of employees is essential for preventing accidents and/or health damage. On the basis of the opinion on the implementation plan for the 2016 ESF project, several measures have been taken. First of all, this project should provide an insight into the impact of the measures taken on the cultural ladder of safety awareness. With this project we also want recommendations from an external advisor for further improving safety awareness within Krinkels. By entering into a dialogue with the workers on adapting the organisation of the work and guiding the management at each location, we also want to give effect to various opinions of the ESF reporting period 2016. Krinkels B.V. voert projecten uit in de gebieden groen, infra, water en sport. We hebben een vast personeelsbestand van ruim 270 medewerkers en een jaaromzet van ca. 70 miljoen euro. Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd te Breda en we hebben vestigingen te Alkmaar, Arnhem, Eindhoven, Heerlen, Hengelo, Nagele, Venlo, Wouw, Wateringen en Zuidwolde. Onze opdrachtgevers zijn onder meer Rijkswaterstaat, NS, Ministerie van Defensie, diverse waterschappen, gemeenten, Provincies, bedrijven en instellingen. Om medewerker duurzaam inzetbaar te houden, dient Krinkels B.V. te zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving. Naast het zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving is het veilig handelen door de medewerkers van essentieel belang voor het voorkomen van ongevallen en/ of gezondheidsschade. Op basis van het advies met implementatieplan van het ESF-project tijdvak 2016, zijn er verschillende maatregelen genomen. Dit project moet ten eerste inzicht geven wat de genomen maatregelen voor invloed hebben gehad op de cultuurladder van het veiligheidsbewustzijn. Met dit project willen we tevens aanbevelingen van een externe adviseur voor het verder verbeteren van het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen Krinkels. Door op elke vestiging de dialoog aan te gaan met de werkenden over het aanpassen van de organisatie van het werk en het begeleiden van de leidinggeven willen we tevens aan verschillende adviezen van de rapportage ESF tijdvak 2016 invulling geven. Nuestros clientes incluyen Rijkswaterstaat, NS, Ministerio de Defensa, varias juntas de agua, municipios, provincias, empresas e instituciones. Abbiamo una forza lavoro fissa di oltre 270 dipendenti e un fatturato annuo di circa 70 milioni di euro. La sede centrale si trova a Breda e abbiamo uffici a Alkmaar, Arnhem, Eindhoven, Heerlen, Hengelo, Nagele, Venlo, Wouw, Wateringen e Zuidwolde. I nostri clienti includono Rijkswaterstaat, NS, Ministero della Difesa, varie schede idriche, comuni, province, aziende e istituzioni. Per mantenere il dipendente in modo sostenibile, Krinkels B.V. deve garantire un ambiente di lavoro sicuro. Oltre a garantire un ambiente di lavoro sicuro, la gestione sicura dei dipendenti è essenziale per prevenire incidenti e/o danni alla salute. Sulla base del parere sul piano di attuazione del progetto FSE 2016 sono state adottate diverse misure. In primo luogo, questo progetto dovrebbe fornire una visione dell'impatto delle misure adottate sulla scala culturale della sensibilizzazione alla sicurezza. Con questo progetto vogliamo anche raccomandazioni da parte di un consulente esterno per migliorare ulteriormente la consapevolezza della sicurezza all'interno di Krinkels.
