(www.florexbloembollen.nl), gespecialiseerd in het verpakken van bloembollen, zaden en andere gerelateerde producten, heeft vanuit het verleden focus gehad op de technische kant van de professie van werknemers. Minder aandacht was er voor hun ontwikkeling: vaardigheden, kennis en houdingsaspecten. Externe ontwikkelingen dwingen Florex B.V. tot een flexibele manier van werken van de werknemers. Verantwoordelijkheden moeten daarbij dieper in de organisatie worden gelegd, zodat werknemers hun werk bottom-up, met meer eigen stuurmogelijkheden, kunnen uitvoeren. Hierdoor zal het werk niet alleen uitdagender worden, hun positie op de arbeidsmarkt (employability) kan daardoor verbeteren, met meer plezier in hun werk en het voorkomen van verzuim. Meno attenzione è stata prestata al loro sviluppo: competenze, conoscenze e aspetti di attitudine. Sviluppi esterni costringono Florex B.V. a un modo flessibile di lavorare per i dipendenti. Le responsabilità dovrebbero essere definite in modo più approfondito all'interno dell'organizzazione, in modo che i dipendenti possano svolgere il proprio lavoro dal basso verso l'alto, con maggiori capacità di governo.
