    Control Media is een modern grafisch productiebedrijf met een team van specialisten en een divers ‘state of art’ machinepark. De organisatie streeft naar medewerkers die in staat zijn tot een snelle, soepele en kwalitatief hoogstaande afhandeling van orders. Er zal nu een begeleidingstraject met ESF worden ingezet om de motivatie bij medewerkers te bevorderen, ze meer verantwoordelijkheid te laten nemen en eigenaarschap te tonen voor het geheel omdat ze zelfstandig keuzes (mogen) maken en/of invloed nemen op het eigen werk/de eigen planning. De sfeer op de werkvloer, de betrokkenheid, het soepel laten verlopen van het werk en daarmee verminderde werkdruk zijn thema’s die hierdoor positief beïnvloed gaan worden. De nadruk zal liggen op: het samen nadenken over de stip aan de horizon, het opzetten van een communicatiestructuur, het verbeteren van onderlinge samenwerking en communicatie op alle niveaus, werkplekoptimalisatie door 5S, het visueel inzichtelijk maken van de procesflow en crosstrainen van medewerkers zodat zij breder inzetbaar zijn en flexibel ingezet kunnen worden. Door medewerkers op de werkvloer te coachen en begeleiden zal continu verbetering van het werk een vaste manier van denken en werken worden. Er zal ook begeleiding plaatsvinden gericht op communicatie en samenwerking, wat de basis vormt voor een lekker lopende organisatie waar mensen met plezier werken. (Dutch)

    Control Media es una moderna empresa de producción gráfica con un equipo de especialistas y un diverso parque de máquinas «estado de arte». La organización se esfuerza por los empleados que son capaces de manejar los pedidos de forma rápida, fluida y de alta calidad. Ahora se utilizará un programa de orientación con el FSE para promover la motivación de los empleados, hacerlos más responsables y mostrar propiedad para el conjunto, ya que (pueden) tomar decisiones independientes o influir en su propio trabajo/planificación. El ambiente en el lugar de trabajo, la participación, el buen funcionamiento del trabajo y, por lo tanto, la reducción de la carga de trabajo son temas que se verán influenciados positivamente. La atención se centrará en: pensar juntos sobre el punto en el horizonte, establecer una estructura de comunicación, mejorar la cooperación mutua y la comunicación a todos los niveles, optimizar el lugar de trabajo en 5S, comprender visualmente el flujo de proceso y los trenes elípticos de los empleados para que puedan ser utilizados de manera más amplia y flexible. Al orientar y guiar a los empleados en el lugar de trabajo, la mejora continua del trabajo se convertirá en una forma fija de pensar y trabajar.     Control Media è una moderna società di produzione grafica con un team di specialisti e un parco macchine ‘stato dell'arte' diversificato. L'organizzazione si impegna per i dipendenti che sono in grado di gestire gli ordini in modo rapido, fluido e di alta qualità. Un programma di orientamento con il FSE sarà ora utilizzato per promuovere la motivazione tra i dipendenti, renderli più responsabili e dimostrare la titolarità dell'insieme perché (possono) compiere scelte indipendenti e/o influenzare il proprio lavoro/pianificazione. L'atmosfera sul posto di lavoro, il coinvolgimento, il buon funzionamento del lavoro e quindi il carico di lavoro ridotto sono temi che saranno influenzati positivamente. L'attenzione si concentrerà sui seguenti aspetti: pensare insieme al punto all'orizzonte, creare una struttura di comunicazione, migliorare la cooperazione reciproca e la comunicazione a tutti i livelli, ottimizzare il posto di lavoro da 5S, comprendere visivamente il flusso di processo e le cross-train ellittiche dei dipendenti in modo che possano essere utilizzati in modo più ampio e flessibile.
