Ambulant werkers lopen risico als ze bij mensen op bezoek of buiten lopen gaan. Ze komen op plaatsen waar de doelgroep zich bevindt, namelijk op straat en bij hen thuis. De doelgroep is instabiel, ontvlambaar en onvoorspelbaar. Voeg daarbij de angst voor hulpverleners voor onveilige situaties. En er ontstaat al vooraf een gespannen sfeer. De medewerker moet hier al mee omgaan als hij over de drempel stapt. En wat doen je dan als een cliënt gaat spreken over zijn (zelf)moordgedachten. Moet je dat serieus nemen? Hoe weet je of het echte plannen zijn of een schreeuw voor aandacht. Medewerkers vrezen weleens wat ze allemaal gaan aantreffen. Daarom is de suïcide-preventie nodig. Om handvatten te hebben deze situaties het hoofd te bieden. Doel is het thema bespreekbaar te maken, interne opvang en steun te regelen, en signaleren van gevaarlijke situaties. Los trabajadores ambulatorios están en riesgo si visitan o dejan a las personas. Llegan a lugares donde se encuentra el grupo destinatario, a saber, en la calle y en su casa. El grupo objetivo es inestable, inflamable e impredecible. Añadir el miedo de los trabajadores de emergencia por situaciones inseguras. Y ya hay una atmósfera tensa. El empleado tiene que lidiar con esto ya cuando pasa por encima del umbral. ¿Y qué haces cuando un cliente empieza a hablar de sus pensamientos de asesinato? ¿Tienes que tomar eso en serio? ¿Cómo sabes si son planes reales o un grito de atención? Los empleados a veces temen lo que van a encontrar. Por eso es necesaria la prevención suicida. Tener mangos para hacer frente a estas situaciones. I lavoratori ambulatoriali sono a rischio se visitano o lasciano le persone. Vengono in luoghi in cui si trova il gruppo target, vale a dire per strada e a casa loro. Il gruppo bersaglio è instabile, infiammabile e imprevedibile. Aggiungere la paura dei lavoratori di emergenza per situazioni non sicure. E c'è già un'atmosfera tesa. Il dipendente deve occuparsi di questo già quando supera la soglia. E cosa fai quando un cliente inizia a parlare dei suoi pensieri di omicidio? Devi prenderla sul serio? Come fai a sapere se sono veri piani o un grido di attenzione? I dipendenti a volte temono quello che stanno per trovare. Ecco perché è necessaria la prevenzione suicida. Avere maniglie per far fronte a queste situazioni. L'obiettivo è quello di rendere l'argomento negoziabile, di organizzare l'accoglienza interna e il supporto, e di identificare le situazioni pericolose. Un esperto è essenziale per farlo (Italian)
