Zwembad de Peppel BV is het openbare overdekte zwembad van de gemeente Ede. De afgelopen 1,5 jaar heeft het zwembad in roerig vaarwater gezeten. Om de situatie te verbeteren zijn verschillende onderzoeken gedaan om de organisatiestructuur en -cultuur te verbeteren en vernieuwen. Uiteindelijk heeft dit geleid tot een advies, waarmee het zwembad in 2019 aan de slag wil gaan. Het advies richt zich op het versterken van het werkplezier, invoeren van ontwikkelgesprekken voor medewerkers en opstellen van beleid op gebied van (on)gewenst gedrag. Het doel hierbij is om te zorgen voor een gezellige en veilige werkomgeving. Zwembad de Peppel wil een zwembad zijn waar iedereen, zowel medewerker als bezoeker, zich welkom voelt. (Dutch)

Para mejorar la situación, se han realizado varios estudios para mejorar y renovar la estructura organizativa y la cultura. Al final, esto llevó a un consejo, con el que el grupo quiere empezar a trabajar en 2019. El dictamen se centra en el refuerzo del placer laboral, la introducción de entrevistas de desarrollo de los empleados y la formulación de políticas sobre comportamientos (in)deseables. La piscina de Peppel BV è la piscina pubblica coperta del comune di Ede. Negli ultimi 1,5 anni, la piscina è stata in un corso d'acqua turbolento. Per migliorare la situazione, sono stati effettuati diversi studi per migliorare e rinnovare la struttura organizzativa e la cultura. Alla fine, questo ha portato a un consiglio, con il quale la piscina vuole iniziare a lavorare nel 2019. Il parere si concentra sul rafforzamento del piacere di lavoro, sull'introduzione di interviste sullo sviluppo dei dipendenti e sulla formulazione di politiche sui comportamenti (indesiderabili). L'obiettivo è quello di garantire un ambiente di lavoro accogliente e sicuro. Piscina de Peppel vuole essere una piscina dove tutti, sia dipendente che visitatore, si sentono i benvenuti. (Italian)
