    Het project wordt ingezet bij een grote Apothekersorganisatie met zo'n 100 medewerkers. Door de komst van een nieuwe directeur krijgt de afdeling HR, samen met een externe consultant, de kans om de HR organisatie beter te structuren en vooral de focus te leggen op de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers. Tijdens dit project zullen we aandacht geven aan coaching en ontwikkeling, zullen we performance management opzetten, zullen we in gesprek gaan met medewerkers en samen met hun actiepunten formuleren die we gedurende het jaar op zullen pakken. Het moet voor medewerkers duidelijk zijn wat hun interne doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn, welke stappen daarvoor gezet moeten worden en wat daarvoor nodig is. (Dutch)

    El proyecto se utilizará en una gran organización de farmacia con unos 100 empleados. Con la llegada de un nuevo director, el departamento de RRHH, junto con un consultor externo, tendrá la oportunidad de estructurar mejor la organización de RR.HH. y, sobre todo, de centrarse en la empleabilidad sostenible de los empleados. Durante este proyecto prestaremos atención al coaching y al desarrollo, estableceremos la gestión del rendimiento, colaboraremos con los empleados y junto con sus puntos de acción que abordaremos durante el año. Debe quedar claro para los empleados cuáles son sus oportunidades de crecimiento interno, qué medidas deben adoptarse para lograrlo y qué se necesita para ello. (Spanish)

    Il progetto sarà utilizzato in una grande organizzazione farmaceutica con circa 100 dipendenti. Con l'arrivo di un nuovo direttore, il reparto HR, insieme ad un consulente esterno, avrà l'opportunità di strutturare meglio l'organizzazione HR e, soprattutto, di concentrarsi sull'occupabilità sostenibile dei dipendenti. Durante questo progetto prestiamo attenzione al coaching e allo sviluppo, organizzeremo la performance management, ci impegneremo con i dipendenti e insieme ai loro punti di azione che affronteremo durante l'anno. Deve essere chiaro ai dipendenti quali sono le loro opportunità di crescita interna, quali misure dovrebbero essere adottate per raggiungere questo obiettivo e quali sono le necessità per farlo.
