The desire is to offer employees the environment and guidance to fill an EVC portfolio so that they can use this at Kindergarden or at another time to obtain a recognised diploma. This makes it even possible for them to switch to another industry in the long term. This increases the value of the offer from the Kindergarden Academy, of participation in projects and the taking up of additional tasks.     Kindergarden vindt het belangrijk om niet alleen voor de kinderen, maar tegelijkertijd voor haar medewerkers op haar kerntaak te focussen: zorgen en ontwikkelen. Je kan alleen maar de beste kwaliteit leveren als je je mensen continu ontwikkelt en goed voor hen zorgt. De afgelopen jaren heeft Kindergarden waardevolle stappen gezet op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaarheid. Vanuit de Kindergarden Academie wordt de ontwikkeling van alle medewerkers op de vestigingen en het hoofdkantoor gefaciliteerd. De doorlopende groei van de organisatie in combinatie met de krappe arbeidsmarkt en de prognose dat arbeidsmarkt nog krapper wordt geven aanleiding om daarnaast naar alternatieven te zoeken om geschikte kandidaten inzetbaar te krijgen. Er solliciteren WO kandidaten die als pedagogisch medewerker en op termijn vestigingsmanager willen werken. Voor de inzetbaarheid op de groepen zouden zij echter een diploma min. PW3 moeten hebben. Er is het voornemen om te onderzoeken wat de mogelijkheden zijn om een EVC procedure te starten voor deze kandidaten met als doel het verzilveren van de eerder verworven competenties in een certificering PW niveau 3. Daarnaast is de verwachting dat het erkennen van competenties ook zal bijdragen aan de motivatie van huidige medewerkers om zich te blijven ontwikkelen. De wens is om medewerkers de omgeving en begeleiding te bieden om een EVC portfolio te vullen zodat zij dit binnen Kindergarden of op een ander moment kunnen inzetten om een erkend diploma te behalen. Hierdoor wordt het voor hen op termijn zelfs mogelijk om over te stappen naar een andere branche. Hiermee stijgt de waarde van het aanbod vanuit de Kindergarden Academie, van deelname aan projecten en het oppakken van extra taken. En het maakt dat Kindergarden als aantrekkelijk werkgever zichtbaar is bij sollicitanten. (Dutch)

    Kindergarden considera importante no solo para los niños, sino al mismo tiempo que sus empleados se centren en su tarea principal: preocúpate y desarrollate. Solo puedes ofrecer la mejor calidad si desarrollas continuamente a tu gente y cuidas bien de ellos. En los últimos años, Kindergarden ha dado pasos valiosos en el campo de la empleabilidad sostenible. La Academia de Kindergarden facilita el desarrollo de todos los empleados en las oficinas y la sede. El crecimiento en curso de la organización, junto con el apretado mercado de trabajo y la previsión de que el mercado de trabajo será aún más estricto, también dan lugar a una búsqueda de alternativas para atraer a candidatos adecuados. Hay solicitudes para los candidatos de WO que quieren trabajar como asistente pedagógico y eventualmente gerente de la oficina central. Sin embargo, para la empleabilidad de los grupos, deben tener un diploma mínimo PW3. È possibile fornire la migliore qualità solo se si sviluppa continuamente la vostra gente e prendersi cura di loro. Negli ultimi anni, Kindergarden ha compiuto passi importanti nel campo dell'occupabilità sostenibile. La Kindergarden Academy facilita lo sviluppo di tutti i dipendenti presso gli uffici e la sede centrale. La continua crescita dell'organizzazione, unita al mercato del lavoro teso e alle previsioni secondo cui il mercato del lavoro diventerà ancora più stretto, dà luogo anche alla ricerca di alternative per attrarre candidati idonei. Ci sono candidature per i candidati WO che vogliono lavorare come assistente pedagogico e alla fine direttore della sede principale. Tuttavia, per l'occupabilità dei gruppi, essi dovrebbero avere un diploma minimo PW3. Si prevede di esplorare le possibilità di avviare una procedura EVC per questi candidati con l'obiettivo di raccogliere le competenze precedentemente acquisite in una certificazione PW di livello 3.
