As a result, employees in various layers of the organisation indicate that they are stuck in certain business processes. This experienced restriction in freedom of choice and individual entrepreneurship can lead to stress and dissatisfaction, which in turn can lead to higher absenteeism. This project aims to remove the tension between old habits and new influences and to give employees room for growth, both in the organisation and in the personal field. Efforts will be made to achieve this by improving communication skills and leadership capacities. Old behaviour and authority patterns are thereby degraded and individual motives can be better mapped. Through individual intakes and plenary sessions in small groups, a program will be created to create an atmosphere of openness, trust, and honest communication. Arma Keukens te Nunspeet is een bloeiend bedrijf waarin sprake is van een sterke groei. Daarom wordt er dit jaar ook een nieuw bedrijfspand gerealiseerd waarin deze verdere groei gefaciliteerd kan worden. Groei gaat in dit geval ook gepaard met nieuwe medewerkers en nieuwe bedrijfsprocessen. Deze veranderingen zorgen voor een andere dynamiek die soms kan conflicteren met de dynamiek en de gewoonten die in de loop der jaren zijn ontstaan. Medewerkers in diverse lagen van de organisatie geven hierdoor aan vast te zitten in bepaalde bedrijfsprocessen. Deze ervaren beperking in keuzevrijheid en individueel ondernemerschap kan leiden tot stress en ontevredenheid, hetgeen weer kan leiden tot een hoger ziekteverzuim. Dit project is erop gericht om de spanning tussen oude gewoonten en nieuwe invloeden weg te nemen en medewerkers ruimte te geven voor groei, zowel in de organisatie als op persoonlijk vlak. Er zal worden getracht dit te bewerkstelligen door communicatievaardigheden en leiderschapscapaciteiten te verbeteren. Oude gedrags- en gezagspatronen worden daarmee geslecht en individuele drijfveren kunnen beter in kaart worden gebracht. Door middel van individuele intakes en plenaire sessies in kleine gezelschappen zal een programma worden samengesteld waarmee een sfeer van openheid, vertrouwen, en eerlijke communicatie wordt gecreëerd. Hierdoor zal meer ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling ontstaan en een reductie van stress plaatsvinden. De duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers wordt hiermee vergroot. (Dutch)

ARMA Keukens a Nunspeet è un'azienda fiorente in cui c'è una forte crescita. Questo è il motivo per cui quest'anno si realizzerà una nuova sede commerciale in cui sarà possibile agevolare questa ulteriore crescita. La crescita in questo caso è accompagnata anche da nuovi dipendenti e da nuovi processi aziendali. Questi cambiamenti creano una dinamica diversa che a volte può entrare in conflitto con le dinamiche e le abitudini emerse nel corso degli anni. Di conseguenza, i dipendenti di vari livelli dell'organizzazione indicano che sono bloccati in determinati processi aziendali. Questa restrizione sperimentata nella libertà di scelta e nell'imprenditorialità individuale può portare a stress e insoddisfazione, il che a sua volta può portare a un maggiore assenteismo. Questo progetto mira a eliminare la tensione tra vecchie abitudini e nuove influenze e a dare spazio alla crescita dei dipendenti, sia nell'organizzazione che nel campo personale. A tal fine si cercherà di migliorare le capacità di comunicazione e di leadership. I vecchi comportamenti e i vecchi modelli di autorità sono quindi degradati e le motivazioni individuali possono essere meglio mappate. Attraverso prese individuali e sessioni plenarie in piccoli gruppi, verrà creato un programma per creare un'atmosfera di apertura, fiducia e comunicazione onesta. ARMA Keukens en Nunspeet es una empresa próspera en la que hay un fuerte crecimiento. Esta es la razón por la que este año se llevará a cabo un nuevo local comercial en el que se pueda facilitar este crecimiento adicional. El crecimiento en este caso también va acompañado de nuevos empleados y nuevos procesos empresariales. Estos cambios crean una dinámica diferente que a veces puede entrar en conflicto con la dinámica y los hábitos que han surgido a lo largo de los años. Como resultado, los empleados de varias capas de la organización indican que están atascados en ciertos procesos de negocio. Esta restricción experimentada en la libertad de elección y el espíritu empresarial individual puede provocar estrés e insatisfacción, lo que a su vez puede conducir a un mayor absentismo. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo eliminar la tensión entre los viejos hábitos y las nuevas influencias y dar a los empleados espacio para el crecimiento, tanto en la organización como en el ámbito personal. Se harán esfuerzos para lograrlo mejorando las aptitudes de comunicación y las capacidades de liderazgo. Por lo tanto, los viejos patrones de conducta y autoridad se degradan y los motivos individuales pueden ser mejor mapeados. A través de invitaciones individuales y sesiones plenarias en grupos pequeños, se creará un programa para crear un ambiente de apertura, confianza y comunicación honesta.
