The municipality of Heerenveen aims to put sustainable employability on the map internally over a period of 12 months. The reason is absenteeism, high average age, changes in work and work environment and wanting to invest in employees, their drivers, talents, vitality and health. The goal is to work safer and healthier and to promote productivity, mobility, development and engagement, now and in the future. The starting point is to offer a health check to all employees. The health check is a health check by means of a questionnaire. The outcome, a personal report, provides insight into one’s own vitality and employability and indicates where the points of attention lie. From the follow-up (customised), the management and communication/PR, the employee is (further) activated and stimulated to get started and/or start the good conversation with the manager. The organisation facilitates the employee with an appropriate offer of interventions and measures. The manager creates an environment in which the employee can, wants and dares to develop and remains in dialogue with the employee to monitor and support the development where necessary. Managers are trained in conducting the good conversation and fulfilling their (example) role. With these initiatives we are kicking off sustainable employability at the municipality of Heerenveen and now and towards the future we are working together for more work pleasure, less absenteeism, more mobility and making the organisation future-proof!     Gemeente Heerenveen beoogd in een periode van 12 maanden duurzame inzetbaarheid intern op de kaart zetten. De aanleiding is het verzuim, de hoge gemiddelde leeftijd, veranderingen in werk en werkomgeving en het willen investeren in medewerkers, hun drijfveren, talenten, vitaliteit en gezondheid. Het doel is veiliger en gezonder werken en het bevorderen van productiviteit, mobiliteit, ontwikkeling en betrokkenheid, nu en in de toekomst. Het startpunt is het aanbieden van een health check aan alle medewerkers. De health check is een gezondheidsonderzoek door middel van een vragenlijst. De uitkomst, een persoonlijk rapport, zorgt voor inzicht in de eigen vitaliteit en inzetbaarheid en geeft aan waar de aandachtspunten liggen. Vanuit de follow up (op maat), de leiding en communicatie/PR wordt de medewerker (verder) geactiveerd en gestimuleerd om aan de slag te gaan en/of het goede gesprek aan te gaan met de leidinggevende. De organisatie faciliteert de medewerker met een passend aanbod aan interventies en maatregelen. De leidinggevende creëert een omgeving waarin de medewerker zich kan, wil en durft te ontwikkelen en blijft in dialoog met de medewerker om de ontwikkeling te volgen en waar nodig te ondersteunen. Leidinggevenden worden getraind in het voeren van het goede gesprek en het vervullen van hun (voorbeeld)rol. Met deze initiatieven trappen we duurzame inzetbaarheid af bij gemeente Heerenveen en zetten we ons nu en naar de toekomst toe samen in voor meer werkplezier, minder verzuim, meer mobiliteit en het toekomstbestendig(er) maken van de organisatie!     El municipio de Heerenveen tiene como objetivo poner la empleabilidad sostenible en el mapa internamente durante un período de 12 meses. La razón es el absentismo, la edad media elevada, los cambios en el entorno laboral y laboral y el deseo de invertir en empleados, sus conductores, talentos, vitalidad y salud. El objetivo es trabajar más seguro y saludable y promover la productividad, la movilidad, el desarrollo y el compromiso, tanto ahora como en el futuro.     Il comune di Heerenveen mira a inserire internamente l'occupabilità sostenibile sulla mappa nell'arco di un periodo di 12 mesi. Il motivo è l'assenteismo, l'età media elevata, i cambiamenti nel lavoro e nell'ambiente di lavoro e la volontà di investire nei dipendenti, nei loro autisti, nei loro talenti, nella vitalità e nella salute. L'obiettivo è lavorare in modo più sicuro e più sano e promuovere la produttività, la mobilità, lo sviluppo e l'impegno, ora e in futuro. Il punto di partenza è quello di offrire una verifica dello stato di salute a tutti i dipendenti. La verifica dello stato di salute è una verifica dello stato di salute mediante un questionario. Il risultato, un rapporto personale, fornisce una visione della propria vitalità e occupabilità e indica dove si trovano i punti di attenzione. Dal follow-up (personalizzato), dalla gestione e comunicazione/PR, il dipendente viene (ulteriormente) attivato e stimolato per iniziare e/o avviare la buona conversazione con il manager. L'organizzazione facilita il dipendente con un'adeguata offerta di interventi e misure.
