Cibap, with the support of the advisor of Bewegen Werkt, wants to complete a vitality programme in the 2019-2020 school year. Based on the results of the 2018 MIP, we want to set up an annual programme with the following activities: 1. Once again offer PMO to the 180 employees who have not yet participated in 2018. 2. Team sessions sustainable employability, in which we feedback the results of the MIP. Feedback sets team needs and targets for one or more themes that support sustainable employability. 3. Themed meetings Healthy and Safe working. Based on the stated needs and goals of the teams, an annual calendar will be drawn up with meetings for our employees or for teams. 4. Coaching meetings for groups. Based on the goals of the thematic meetings, groups of employees can choose to be coached per theme. These are group meetings in which employees, under the direction of the consultant of Bewegen Werkt, receive additional advice, exchange experiences and work in a structured way towards achieving the goals. Cibap aims to achieve the following with the approach and activities described: • All teams participate in the team sessions. • All staff members will be given the opportunity to participate in thematic meetings. We expect at least 25 % to actually participate in one or more thematic meetings in the project year. • Of participants in the theme meetings, at least half take part in coaching meetings. Cibap wil, met ondersteuning van de adviseur van Bewegen Werkt, in het schooljaar 2019 – 2020 een vitaliteitsprogramma gaan invullen. Op basis van de uitkomsten van het PMO uit 2018 willen we een jaarprogramma gaan opzetten met daarin de volgende activiteiten: 1. Nogmaals aanbieden PMO aan de 180 medewerkers die nog niet hebben deelgenomen in 2018. 2. Teamsessies duurzame inzetbaarheid, waarin we de resultaten van het PMO terugkoppelen. In de terugkoppeling worden behoeften van teams bepaald en stelt men doelen ten aanzien van één of meer thema’s die de duurzame inzetbaarheid ondersteunen. 3. Themabijeenkomsten Gezond en Veilig werken. O.b.v. de aangegeven behoeften en doelen van de teams wordt een jaarkalender opgesteld met bijeenkomsten voor onze medewerkers of voor teams. 4. Coachingsbijeenkomsten voor groepen. O.b.v. de doelen in de themabijeenkomsten kunnen groepen medewerkers ervoor kiezen om per thema gecoacht te worden. Dit betreffen groepsbijeenkomsten waarin medewerkers, onder leiding van de adviseur van Bewegen Werkt, extra adviezen krijgen, ervaringen uitwisselen en gestructureerd werken aan het bereiken van de doelen. Cibap wil met de beschreven aanpak en activiteiten het volgende bereiken: • Alle teams nemen deel aan de teamsessies. • Alle medewerkers worden in de gelegenheid gesteld deel te nemen aan themabijeenkomsten. We verwachten dat minimaal 25% in het projectjaar ook daadwerkelijk deelneemt aan één of meer thema bijeenkomsten. • Van de deelnemers aan de thema bijeenkomsten neemt minimaal de helft deel aan coachingsbijeenkomsten. We verwachten dat alle deelnemers hieraan gericht werken aan het veranderen van gedrag en houding ten aanzien van duurzame inzetbaarheid. Dit op de voor de medewerker gewenste thema’s. (Dutch)

Sobre la base de los resultados del PIP 2018, queremos establecer un programa anual con las siguientes actividades: 1. Una vez más ofrecen PMO a los 180 empleados que aún no han participado en 2018. 2. El equipo realiza sesiones de empleabilidad sostenible, en la que comentamos los resultados del PDM. La retroalimentación establece las necesidades del equipo y los objetivos para uno o más temas que apoyan la empleabilidad sostenible. 3. Reuniones temáticas Trabajo saludable y seguro. En base a las necesidades y metas establecidas de los equipos, se elaborará un calendario anual con reuniones para nuestros empleados o para equipos. 4. Reuniones de coaching para grupos. Sobre la base de los objetivos de las reuniones temáticas, los grupos de empleados pueden optar por ser entrenados por tema. Se trata de reuniones de grupo en las que los empleados, bajo la dirección del consultor de Bewegen Werkt, reciben asesoramiento adicional, intercambian experiencias y trabajan de manera estructurada para alcanzar los objetivos. CIBAP tiene como objetivo lograr lo siguiente con el enfoque y las actividades descritas: • Todos los equipos participan en las sesiones del equipo. • Todos los miembros del personal tendrán la oportunidad de participar en reuniones temáticas. Esperamos que al menos un 25 % participe realmente en una o más reuniones temáticas durante el año del proyecto. • De los participantes en las reuniones temáticas, al menos la mitad participan en reuniones de coaching. Esperamos que todos los participantes se centren en cambiar el comportamiento y las actitudes hacia una empleabilidad sostenible. Esto se refiere a los temas deseados por el empleado. (Spanish)

Il CIBAP, con il supporto del consulente di Bewegen Werkt, vuole completare un programma di vitalità nell'anno scolastico 2019-2020. Sulla base dei risultati del PIP 2018, vogliamo istituire un programma annuale con le seguenti attività: 1. Ancora una volta offrire PMO ai 180 dipendenti che non hanno ancora partecipato nel 2018. 2. Sessioni di team occupabilità sostenibile, in cui riscontriamo i risultati del PIP. Il feedback stabilisce le esigenze e gli obiettivi del team per uno o più temi che supportano l'occupabilità sostenibile. 3. Riunioni a tema Lavoro sano e sicuro. Sulla base delle esigenze e degli obiettivi dichiarati dei team, verrà stilato un calendario annuale con incontri per i nostri dipendenti o per i team. 4. Incontri di coaching per gruppi. Sulla base degli obiettivi degli incontri tematici, i gruppi di dipendenti possono scegliere di essere allenati per tema. Si tratta di riunioni di gruppo in cui i dipendenti, sotto la direzione del consulente di Bewegen Werkt, ricevono ulteriori consulenze, scambiano esperienze e lavorano in modo strutturato verso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Il CIBAP mira a conseguire i seguenti obiettivi con l'approccio e le attività descritte: • Tutte le squadre partecipano alle sessioni di squadra. • A tutti i membri del personale sarà data la possibilità di partecipare a riunioni tematiche. Ci aspettiamo che almeno il 25 % partecipi effettivamente a uno o più incontri tematici nell'anno del progetto. • Dei partecipanti alle riunioni tematiche, almeno la metà partecipa alle riunioni di coaching. Ci aspettiamo che tutti i partecipanti si concentrino sull'evoluzione dei comportamenti e degli atteggiamenti verso l'occupabilità sostenibile. Questo è sui temi desiderati dal dipendente. (Italian)
