Door middel van de inzet van het vitaliteitsprogramma in het Ommelander Ziekenhuis de inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers te vergroten waarbij de medewerkers duurzaam inzetbaar blijven en met plezier naar hun werk gaan, verspilling van productiviteit wordt voorkomen en bevlogenheid en betrokkenheid bij de organisatie worden vergroot. Het Ommelander Ziekenhuis werkt van uit de gedachte dat de medewerker zelf verantwoordelijkheid kan en moet dragen voor haar/zijn gezondheid en werk-privé balans, maar dat wij als werkgever een bijdrage hieraan kunnen en moeten leveren.. Utilizzando il programma di vitalità dell'ospedale Ommelander per aumentare l'occupabilità dei dipendenti in cui i dipendenti rimangono sostenibili e godono di lavoro, evitando sprechi di produttività e aumentando l'entusiasmo e il coinvolgimento nell'organizzazione. L'ospedale Ommelander si basa sull'idea che il dipendente possa e debba assumersi la responsabilità per la sua salute e il suo equilibrio professionale-privato, ma che noi come datore di lavoro possiamo e dovremmo contribuire a questo. Utilizando el programa de vitalidad en el Hospital Ommelander para aumentar la empleabilidad de los empleados en los que los empleados siguen siendo sostenibles y disfrutan del trabajo, evitando el desperdicio de productividad y aumentando el entusiasmo y la participación en la organización. El Hospital Ommelander funciona a partir de la idea de que el empleado puede y debe asumir la responsabilidad de su salud y equilibrio laboral-privado, pero que como empleador podemos y debemos contribuir a esto.
