BioscienZ aims to revolutionise food production. BioscienZ is currently in a growth phase of both the business and its own organisation. As a result, different (new) roles will have to be introduced within the organisation and responsibilities and tasks have to be redistributed. Through the ESF Sustainable Employability Scheme, we will work together to find out what we think is important as a team, how we feel it is going and what our common ambitions and motivations are. On the basis of this information, we will reorganise the organisation in such a way that the qualities, and thus the sustainable employability, of current and future employees can be fully exploited. The result we aim to achieve through this trajectory is to realise a closely collaborative, positive and committed team with whom we work together on the objective of BioscienZ as a company, its employees and its customers. Wim de Laat Consultancy BV/BioscienZ is aan het groeien. Oorspronkelijk opgericht als consultancy partij is de organisatie nu via contract research doorgegroeid naar een volwaardige 'solution provider'. BioscienZ heeft als doelstelling om een revolutie te realiseren in de voedselproduktie. BioscienZ zit momenteel in een groeifase van zowel de business als de eigen organisatie. Daardoor zullen binnen de organisatie verschillende (nieuwe) rollen geïntroduceerd moeten worden en verantwoordelijkheden en taken moeten opnieuw verdeeld worden. Door middel van de ESF regeling Duurzame Inzetbaarheid gaan we gezamenlijk uitvinden wat we als team belangrijk vinden, hoe we vinden dat het gaat en wat onze gemeenschappelijke ambities en drijfveren zijn. We zullen aan de hand van die informatie de organisatie opnieuw inrichten, zodanig dat de kwaliteiten, en daarmee ook de duurzame inzetbaarheid, van de huidige en toekomstige medewerkers optimaal benut kan worden. Het resultaat dat we beogen te bereiken middels dit traject is het realiseren van een hecht samenwerkend, positief en betrokken team waarmee we gezamenlijk werken aan de doelstelling van BioscienZ als bedrijf, haar medewerkers en haar klanten. Originariamente costituita come parte di consulenza, l'organizzazione è cresciuta attraverso la ricerca di contratti in un vero e proprio fornitore di soluzioni. BioscienZ mira a rivoluzionare la produzione alimentare. BioscienZ è attualmente in una fase di crescita sia del business che della propria organizzazione. Di conseguenza, all'interno dell'organizzazione dovranno essere introdotti ruoli diversi (nuovi) e le responsabilità e i compiti devono essere ridistribuiti. Attraverso il FSE Sustainable Employability Scheme, lavoreremo insieme per scoprire cosa pensiamo sia importante come squadra, come sentiamo che sta andando e quali sono le nostre ambizioni e motivazioni comuni. Sulla base di queste informazioni, riorganizzeremo l'organizzazione in modo tale che le qualità, e quindi l'occupabilità sostenibile, dei dipendenti attuali e futuri possano essere pienamente sfruttate. Originalmente establecida como un grupo de consultoría, la organización ha crecido a través de la investigación por contrato hasta convertirse en un proveedor de soluciones de pleno derecho. BioscienZ tiene como objetivo revolucionar la producción de alimentos. BioscienZ se encuentra actualmente en una fase de crecimiento tanto del negocio como de su propia organización. Como consecuencia de ello, habrá que introducir diferentes funciones (nuevas) dentro de la organización y las responsabilidades y tareas deberán redistribuirse. A través del Plan de Empleabilidad Sostenible del FSE, trabajaremos juntos para averiguar qué creemos que es importante como equipo, cómo nos parece que va y cuáles son nuestras ambiciones y motivaciones comunes. Sobre la base de esta información, reorganizaremos la organización de tal manera que se puedan aprovechar plenamente las cualidades y, por tanto, la empleabilidad sostenible de los empleados actuales y futuros. El resultado que pretendemos lograr a través de esta trayectoria es realizar un equipo estrechamente colaborativo, positivo y comprometido con el que trabajamos juntos en el objetivo de BioscienZ como empresa, sus empleados y sus clientes.
